This Privacy Policy explains how Expert Clinical Trials collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and users of this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

• Lead magnet downloads: name and email address when you request a free resource (e.g. the FDA vs. EMA guide).
• Navigation data: anonymised or pseudonymised analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, device/browser type and approximate location, collected via Google Analytics.

We do not collect special categories of data (e.g. health data about you personally) through this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ default retention settings.

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It may be accessed by the following service providers, acting as data processors under contract:

• IONOS — website hosting provider.
• WPForms — contact form plugin used to receive and route enquiries submitted through this website.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — website traffic and usage analytics, subject to your cookie consent.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, they do so under appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if you consider that your data protection rights have not been respected.
